ACV Health is proud to serve patients in Suwannee, Lafayette, Madison and Taylor counties with skilled, patient-oriented care. Our organization is an outreach of Advent Christian Village, a faith-based senior living community located in Dowling Park.
Primary Care
ACV Health patients receive quality primary care services through the Copeland Clinic. From wellness checks to instances of illness, injury or other concerns, we provide compassionate care without the long wait times.
Specialty Care
ACV Health specialty care partner providers provide offer services including podiatry, audiology and mental health counseling.
Rehabilitation
We offer three types of rehabilitation at our facility: physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Our rehabilitation services are also located in the Copeland Medical Center, so you can receive the services you need in one central place.
Home Health Care
ACV Home Care is a licensed home care agency providing compassionate, in-home skilled nursing care and assistance. Whether you need health care after returning home from the hospital, a helper to assist with personal errands or companionship services, ACV Home Care enables you to recover in the comfort of your home.
SKILLED NURSING CARE
Our continuum of care includes assisted living facilities at Dacier Manor in Advent Christian Village, as well as skilled nursing care and a special memory care unit at Good Samaritan Center.
